Catering

If you don`t want to take care about cooking trust on the qualities of our italian chef and book your board already in advance as per your wishes.

Breakfast only, half board or full board are available on extra cost. Vegetarian, vegan and other dietary possible.

Cleaning and hygiene

Before you arrive the Villa will be hygenical cleaned and disinfected.

-Use of cleaning agents effective against the coronavirus.

-Bed linen, towels and laundry are washed according to local authority guidelines.

-All plates, cutlery, glasses and other crockery disinfected

During your stay is available on request and extra cost: Linen changes, room cleaning, kitchen cleaning.

Wedding

Looking for the best place for your wedding under the umbrian sun? We can arrange the ceremony, dinner for maximum of 34  guests, party and all other services like hairdresser, photographer etc.

We will help you to rent more appartements for your guests in the neighbourhood. Please note that the minimum stay including a wedding party is 5 days.

Outdoor activities

Discover the umbrian landscape in your individual way and plan your tours already in advance in order to make your holidays as relaxed as possible. Hiking trials to forest and olive grove start directly on the grounds of the Villa.  We can connect you with local guides for the following activities and are happy to assist with reservations:

Cancellation

We heavily recommend you to purchase Cancellation Insurance at an additional charge.

In the event of cancellation due to Covid-19, you will be reimbursed or may receive a replacement voucher to be used within one year from the date of the cancelled stay.
